Terms of Service

Welcome to DonutWin. These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of the DonutWin website, games, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

To use DonutWin you must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally allowed to enter into a binding contract. The Service is not directed at anyone under that age.

You're responsible for knowing whether using an online casino is legal where you live. If it isn't, you must not use the Service. Registering from a jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of balance.

2. Your account

• You may only hold one DonutWin account. Duplicate or alternate accounts will be closed and balances consolidated or forfeited.
• You must give accurate registration info and keep it current.
• You're responsible for anything that happens through your account. Don't share your password. If you think your account was compromised, contact support immediately.
• We may require additional verification (email confirmation, Minecraft account link, ID check) before approving withdrawals or large transactions.

3. Deposits, withdrawals, and balance

• Deposits are made via the DonutWin Minecraft bot. The credit applied to your account is the amount received after any Minecraft server-side transfer fees.
• Withdrawals are paid out in-game by the DonutWin Minecraft bot to the username linked on your account. We may hold, delay, or decline a withdrawal if we reasonably suspect fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Balance shown in your wallet represents credit with DonutWin and is not a bank deposit, loan, or investment. It does not earn interest. We do not hold funds for you in a regulated financial institution.
• All bets resolve on the server. Client-side UI is informational; in the case of a display discrepancy, the server record is authoritative.

4. Games and fairness

Game outcomes are generated server-side using a cryptographically secure random number generator. House edge per game is documented in the game settings. Past results don't affect future results — every spin, hand, and roll is independent.

If a bug, server error, or display glitch produces an incorrect result, we reserve the right to correct balances accordingly. We won't honor wins that came from an obvious defect or exploit.

5. Prohibited behavior

You agree not to:

• Cheat, collude with other players, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Use bots, scripts, automation tools, or any software that plays the games for you.
• Run multiple accounts, farm referrals from your own accounts, or coordinate self-referral schemes.
• Use stolen payment details, chargeback abuse, or launder funds through DonutWin.
• Exploit bugs. If you find one, report it — don't farm it. Funds from knowingly exploited bugs will be clawed back.
• Harass, threaten, dox, or post illegal content in chat.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, scrape, or DoS the site, its API, or its infrastructure.
• Use a VPN, proxy, or Tor to hide that you're accessing from a prohibited region.

6. Chat rules

Chat is moderated. Don't be a dick. Racism, sexual content involving minors, doxxing, real-world threats, spam, and advertising other gambling sites will get you muted, banned, or reported to authorities depending on severity.

7. Referral program

The referral program pays a commission on real wagering from genuine new users. It's not for farming. We monitor for self-referrals, shared device fingerprints, coordinated signup patterns, and accounts that never put money in. If we detect abuse, we void the commissions and may suspend both accounts.

8. Bonuses, rewards, and promotions

Rakeback, Sprinkles, gift codes, and other promotions are bonuses we offer at our discretion. Rates can change. Bonuses obtained through abuse (duplicate accounts, wagering manipulation, coordinated claims) will be clawed back.

9. Suspension and termination

We can suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you've breached these Terms, if we're required to by law, or if we can't verify your identity. If your account is terminated for a Terms violation, any balance tied to that violation may be forfeited.

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Withdrawable balance will be paid out after any pending verification is complete.

10. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee the Service will always be up, uninterrupted, bug-free, or secure against every attack. We don't warrant that game outcomes will match your expectations — you will lose bets, that's how casino games work.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DonutWin and anyone working on it are not liable for lost profits, lost data, indirect or consequential damages, or anything arising from your use of the Service beyond the amount of balance in your account at the time of the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow this limit — if yours doesn't, it applies to the extent permitted.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold DonutWin harmless from any claim, loss, or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. If the change is material we'll post a notice or email you. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't accept, stop using the Service and close your account.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DonutWin operates. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts, unless applicable consumer-protection law in your country says otherwise.
