In the rare instance that you experience any issues pertaining to missing DonutWin Coins, you are expected to contact our on-site support team within 72 hours of the incident and must include proper evidence including uncut video proof of when the incident occurred. If these specifications are not met, our support team will not be able to assist you.

Once DonutWin Coins are placed in a bet for the first time, all refund possibilities are voided. Please note that even as such, our support team may not be able to fully assist you and we are not responsible for any on-site or in-game losses pertaining to the site.

DonutWin.com reserves the right to blacklist or suspend user accounts that violate the site's rules, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to manipulate the system through fraudulent means. Such actions may be taken at the sole discretion of DonutWin.com, and no prior warning will be given. Account termination may occur if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, attempt to manipulate the platform through fraudulent means, or breach any of the specified rules and conditions.

Please note that DonutWin.com is not responsible for any bans including but not limited to Minecraft account termination/bans, DonutSMP suspensions, or any in-game limitations. In the event of Account termination due to a breach of these Terms, you shall forfeit any rights or claims to virtual content or DonutWin Coins on the platform.

In the event of a bot account receiving a ban, please be aware that the site will undergo a comprehensive removal of all DonutWin Coins and content pertaining to the affected game type. In such instances, we are unable to offer refunds. This policy is a necessary measure to ensure the integrity and fairness of our gaming community.

All virtual content and assets provided by DonutWin.com are the property of DonutWin.com or their respective owners and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
